1. Acceptance
By placing an order on GEMZ by RJ, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Products
Every gemstone we list is a unique, one-of-a-kind natural stone — not a mass-produced item with restockable inventory. Product photos represent the actual stone being sold wherever possible. Once a stone is sold, that specific listing is removed and will not be restocked; a visually similar stone, if one becomes available, will be listed separately.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully verified.
4. Shipping
We ship insured, fully tracked, across India at no extra charge. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout; delays caused by the courier or events outside our control are outside our responsibility, though we'll help track and resolve any issue with you.
5. Returns, exchanges & refunds
Because each gemstone is unique, we cannot offer a like-for-like exchange once a stone is sold. If your order arrives damaged, materially not as described, or doesn't match its certificate, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rajasthangemsjewels@gmail.com with photos — we will investigate and offer a refund or store credit at our discretion. Change-of-mind returns are handled case by case; please reach out before shipping anything back.
6. Certification
Where stated, gemstones are accompanied by an independent lab report (GIA, IGI, or a recognised government lab) confirming identity, weight and treatment status. Certification is issued by the named third-party lab, not by GEMZ by RJ; we are not responsible for errors in a lab's own report.
7. Astrological guidance disclaimer
Our gemstone recommendation tool provides provisional guidance based on Vedic astrological principles applied to the birth details you enter. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified astrologer, and GEMZ by RJ makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, benefit, or effect from wearing a recommended gemstone.
8. Intellectual property
All text, images, and design on this site are the property of GEMZ by RJ / Rajasthan Jewels or their respective licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
GEMZ by RJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the products purchased through it, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Rajasthan having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
